Can I set a default security on comments?

Using JIRA Core Cloud

Problem: I would like to set a default for a specific user group's comments within an issue however cannot locate where to configure this option.

Use case: I have internal project resources who will comment on an issue and forget to restrict the comment to internal company users (internal group) and therefore the comments are seen by the client until I remind the internal user to restrict the comment to the internal group. I would like to know if I can default all internal user group's comments to only be readable to other internal users unless the user changes the restriction to client users.

Manually it is not feasible.

But you can work out using some groovy script in the script runner plugin.
