Bug report: import from Trello into JIRA Work Management using External System Import

Hi, have been trying to import from Trello to a new Jira Work Management Project and have been receiving the non-specific error "Cannot persist a workflow where mapping of project configurations is inconsistent. See logs for more details."

From what I can tell cloud users don't have access to the handy log which would I expect to give me all the answers I need.

Each time I get to the page after selecting the new project it throws this. I have read on other issues that this is sometimes linked to the issue statuses - I can see that only a 9/12 have come through so I tried:

  • Stripping all symbols from the names and then deleting them on Jira and retrying (same issue)
  • Adding the missing status' and re-running the import
  • Assigning the category on the imported items (which isn't set on import) and re-running both from the page I got the error on and from a fresh authorise, map and import.

The status' that haven't come through are called:

  • SEO Written
  • Issue
  • Parked

I have also added the one custom field from rello in case that is it.

The user selection list is empty and just shows this error.

I checked projects admin and there are none deleted or archived.

Is there another way I can import this in/a way to see the specific error?
