Jira Data Center v.8.13.3
Issue regarding email batching in Jira. After enabling the feature, I'm seeing the batched update emails in the mail queue but the Subject field is empty and they're never fully delivered to the end-users after flushing the queue.
I've reset all email previously modified email templates to the standard config but this is still a problem.
