Automation Rule not triggered on planned date

Hi Team,

I have automation rule scheduled for everyday this rule is triggered by inbuilt automation agent user and rule says that the ticket with status as planned should make transition in workflow at 8:00 AM

But execution is happening not on specific day but it happens on next day.

Rule Planned at 8:00 AM everyday: status = PLANNED and due < startofday(2)

Hi Amit,

The times are based on UTC, so you need to figure out what time is 8:00 am for your time zone. For example a value of 3:00 pm for use US Central time is really 21 in the Automation rule.

Hi John,

Thanks for an update and i agree on this !

In addition to this i have made some changes in the rule and remove check-box.

Its performing well now

Thanks
