Attlassian Tools Upgrade paths from older version to newer version

We're currently updating all ALM tools, could you please help us with the upgrade paths for each applications if possible, thanks.

Confluence, you should upgrade to 5.0, then 5.highest, then 6.13 and then 7.target

The other three, my memory is not that good, as I've only done a few, but I would start with a look at the "upgrading" docs for guidance, as when I've done them, that has worked fine.
