Assignee field not getting updated and coming as Unassigned from today(Feb 29, 2020)

Hi All,

Assignee Field not getting updated and coming as Unassigned from today(Feb 19, 2020). as the way is been passed in json from long time.

"assignee": {"name": "matchuser"}

"matchuser" is user that has been created in the jira software

Assignee is coming as Unassigned.as this issue raised from today with no change of code

Can anyone help us on the same
