After all integrations setup still github does not show

I've followed all the modern tutorials and double checked here:
https://github.com/integrations/jira/blob/master/README.md

I've also got this working:Annotation 2020-02-04 142936.png

And it shows on github:

I've also given permission to users to see the field development.

Nothing can make it show in tickets.

What can I do?

By given permission to users to see the field development, are you referring to the permission for it in the permission scheme?  If not, make sure that's set properly.

Project Settings -> Permissions -> View Development Tools Permission.

Check what it's set to and verify that the user would have it.

What i recommend is to set the View Dev Tools Permission to be assigned to a project Role such as "Developer".  Then at the project permissions (Project settings -> People) set a user or jira group to the Developer role.
