Users can be added to our jira application by looking up their name on a "user picker" which holds all the company's staff names and email addresses. For some reason the user's name is not appearing on the list. Our IT administration has looked into the matter and they can't find any issues. Do I need to update something on jira?
We also have SAML SSO installed.
