We'd like to have a single help center for all projects, including Jira Work Management projects. Is there a way to add a custom link on the Jira Service Management Help Center that points to a Jira Work Management form?
I think I might be able to do this through Automation. When you create a ticket in a JSM project from the Help Center requesting to buy new software, it automatically creates a ticket in the Purchasing JWM project. Not ideal, but could work.
Yeah can definitely work, also link those issue together and pass information from from JWM to JSM project like comments or may be transition but usually this is needed when only selected tickets need to be passed to internal teams. Not sure if it is a good idea to replicate all the tickets. It might get difficult to maintain in future.

You will have to use the forms to capture the request but it will be different from the JSM portal. So I will follow the suggestion from @Mikael Sandberg
Also you can consider using just JSM with simple configurations that matches your Jira Business project.

Hi @Mary Beth Snapp,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
The short answer is no, the portal will only display JSM projects. You would have to use Refined for Jira Cloud in order to add non JSM project to your portal.
