Acceptance Criteria field returning "There is no elements right now here" and is not editable

Good day!

We have a custom Field called "Acceptance Criteria" that is of type "ToDo List custom field"

All of a sudden today when you want to create a task the field just says "There is no elements right now here" and is not editable.

However if you make it non mandatory and create the task - then go to edit the task the field is updatable. I tried googling but cant find anything that relates to this.

Please help!

Hi @Nico van der Walt

I'm under the impression that this ToDo List custom field comes from an app. I think your best way forward is to figure out which app provides this field and reach out to the support team of the Marketplace Partner that provided this app.

You can also let us know what is the app in question, somebody in the community might be able to help once we have this information.

Cheers and best of luck in solving this!

Hi @Wojciech Wardaszko _HeroCoders_

Thanks for the feedback - looks like its the "My ToDo" app

Hi @Nico van der Walt

I'm afraid you're out of luck - this app was developed by a Russian team and they have been removed from the Marketplace in solidarity with Ukraine, so their support might be unreachable.

Additionally, it's now impossible to buy new apps for Server instances, so you have no way to replace this app with another one that is supported.

I hope someone knows this app well enough to assist you. Maybe @Pascal Perreault _Okapya_?

Cheers,

Wojciech

Hi @Nico van der Walt,

I am @Pascal Perreault _Okapya_'s colleague.

I do not know the My ToDo app enough to help with this issue, your best bet would be contacting their support, but I could not find it.

Our App Checklist for Jira will soon release a new version that supports migrating ToDo List fields to our Checklist field. (EDIT: Version 6.2.5 has been released with this feature.)

If you are using Jira Data Center (or intend to move from Server to Data Center), I suggest you to take a look at our App as a replacement.

Kind regards,
Maxime

Hi @Nico van der Walt

If you are in need of a checklist app for Jira to migrate from My ToDo, feel free to check out Smart Checklist for Jira. Pro. The direct migration of checklists from My ToDo is already available :)

Do not hesitate to reach out directly to smartchecklist@railsware.com for more info.
