AD user doesn´t exist in Jira Server

Hello

We are using Jira Server with AD synchronization, recently a user was created on the server correctly with all the necessary data (name, surname, user, email, etc). However, Jira does not recognize it and says that it is a user that does not exist.

@Sofia Quintero Sounds like the user was not added properly on the sync and important data was missing.  You can remove the user in AD do a sync and then add them back to see if it rectifies the issue.
