Hello community,
When i try to upload certain files in Jira, i get a 408 request timeout.
In server.xml, i have connectionTimeout="-1".
The timeout happens always after 20s:
With some other bigger files, i am able to upload them successfully.
P.S : with faster connection, the error doesn't show up and the file is uploaded.
Do you have any ideas please ?
Kind regards !
Hi @Meliodas16 ,
please check timeout settings (https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/configuring-http-timeout-settings-184033.html). If you have some reverse proxy in front of jira please check timeout also at that level.
Hope this helps,
Fabio
