capacity planning per resource in a team

As a project management tool, Jira doesn't have below. 

No way to set holidays for a sprint 

No way to set time off the team members are planning 

No way to add the number of hours or story points a team member can take up in a given iteration 

Above are very basic things in planning. Even in Advanced Roadmap future this is not available the cost is 15 USD per user but basic features are not available.

If you consider using a plugin I would suggest ActivityTimeline. ActivityTimeline provides resource planning and availability on a timeline view.

You can track tasks progress, workload, and availability for each employee taking into consideration the part-time, full-time, or even different work schemes for users, and holidays.

You can create the Holiday Scheme for a Team as well.

Workload or availability could be calculated for individuals or teams on the same view. And you can create the work schedule and set the number of hours (or story points) for team members.

There is an ability to plan your work with bookings and placeholders.

The additional modules provide numerous reports including timesheet reports and individual work module for employees.

That is correct. Jira Software is a tool that primarily supports teams working on software projects using agile methodologies. The focus is primarily on:

• delivering value to the customer of your product;
• making your teams' work transparent;
• delivering insights on whether your teams will be able to deliver on time

The capacity focus is (out of the box) at the team level, not on individual people because of that team and value focus. For organisations who seek to refine capacity planning to the level of individual contributors in their teams, several marketplace apps exist to extend the product.

Yes, it does. Thank you.  Are there any plug-ins that support working along side Jira Advanced Roadmap? In my organization, we are using Jira's advanced roadmap but need the resource planning capability too. The use of two plugins is acceptable as long as Jira Advanced Roadmap supports it.
