I am trying to figure out why closed tickets do not show in the Portal even though I have several hundred that are flagged as Closed in the workflow.
The search view only shows Open or Pending, but nothing from the historical.
This is regarding tickets that were imported via Help Desk Migration.
Thanks for your assistance, I updated to my original note to be clearer on the issue. I'm not sure if this is an issue due to issues that were imported from ZenDesk via Help Desk Migration.
They appear to be flagged correctly as Closed and even with a resolution.
Hi
one more thing you can check is, if there is a request type on that issues at all. Otherwise they won't be treated as Request and will therefore not appear on the portal at all.

Hi Diana,
Sorry for the delay. Can you check(or let someone check) if the issues have the resolution set?
Please have a look here, I think there might be some interesting points.

Hi,
you can choose to show all requests (profile in the upper right corner, All), there you can select to show closed requests.

Hi Bastian,
I click on Closed and I get 0 results, when I have 300+ issues that are closed. I'm quite perplexed as to what the exact criteria is for an item to show in the "closed" filtering.
