view documents and data backup

Hallo dear,


I need to ask 2 questions related to Jira possibilities:

  1. How Jira can view and edit documents (for example, doc format)? Maybe I can use some extensions or Jira can provide to use google docs? Or something else?
  2. How Jira can do data backup or download all data which with I worked? I know that I can export are opened/current issues in any format but this info have uncomfortable view.

1. It is not possible to be done by Jira out of the box. 3rd party apps can help you achieve this for example :
