Can you have two Sprint status that equal closed?

We have set up the Tickets to have status of TO DO, IN PROGRESS, WON'T DO and DONE. The Won't Do and Done were intended to end the ticket, but the Sprint cannot close when the status is Won't Do.

No, not adding menu items per se, but replacing the entire bar with custom links and css.
