Can you have two Sprint status that equal closed?

We have set up the Tickets to have status of TO DO, IN PROGRESS, WON'T DO and DONE. The Won't Do and Done were intended to end the ticket, but the Sprint cannot close when the status is Won't Do.

HI @Ron Hill , please make sure that status Won't Do has category Done (green color) and sets a resolution (either via transition screen or post function).

Also make sure that on your agile board, both Won't Do and Done statuses are in the far right column, so 1 column for both statuses.
