headers and footers missing in Service Project view of Confluence Knowledge Base pages

When Service Project customers view pages from the linked Confluence knowledge base, their view of the pages excludes the headers and footers of those pages.  Is there a setting I'm missing to change that?

It would be really handy to have standard footers with some needed boilerplate text that I can just update for all the pages in the knowledgebase at once.

The Confluence >> Space settings >> Look and Feel >> Footer works this way,

but since the footers are excluded from the Service Project customers' view, I need to copy and paste the boilerplate text to the bottom of the body of every page in the Knowledge Base, and if I'll ever need to update it, I'll need to do it hundreds of times.

Regards,

Jim

There is currently no settings in JSM that would allow you to include the header/footer on the Portal. One option to try would be to use Excerpt/Insert excerpt and have your footer on a page. That way you can make the change on one page and it will be updated on all other pages that have that excerpt.
