I created a knowledge-sharing confluence page but the people I've added as editors can't add content. They can edit the singular page but aren't able to create content/add new pages. Are there different permission they need to do so?

I am assuming that the users are all in the confluence-users group of this space. Is this the knowledge base space?

I added them to the workspace as editors, I haven't made a group .. or I at least don't think I have. And yes, this is the knowledge base space. They've reported they can edit but not delete pages though.

@Ivey Ingalls-Rubin Can you share how you are adding individuals to the space with screenshots? Is sounds like you are adding them to just the page and not the space.

I figured out what I was doing wrong! thank you for the above.. I had not added them to the space yet!
