Labeled content page missing navigation buttons

I always liked the function to click on the label of a page to find related articles in the "labelled content" page that opens. However, using that today, I found that I see only 10 arbitrary results and no "Next" button to move on to the next 10. I tried on Firefox and Edge, and have no addins running on the browsers. Is this a bug?

I can reproduce the issue on my own Confluence, in multiple browsers.

In advanced searching all related to a label is shown, but not in labelled content.

It might be a bug, my advise is to raise the issue at Atlassian Support
