A user joined and required Site admin permissions as well Advanced Road maps permisions.

Hi @Abbas Hayat , 

 

there are different levels of permissions and access to tools that you need to check to enable users in Advanced Roadmaps.

I would use the following documentation from Atlassian as it shows all the steps you should follow to grant those permissions : https://confluence.atlassian.com/roadmaps-kb/jira-cloud-advanced-roadmaps-how-to-ensure-a-user-has-access-to-the-plan-1369637305.html
