i cannot upload my profile image

this is my profile management page. i wanted to change my profile image so i clicked my profile icon and select "프로필 사진 추가" which means "add profile image" in korean.

but at the bottom left side, you can see pop-up said "프로필 사진 변경 실패" which means "profile image changing failed"

So, i wonder why this thing happens. Is there someone who knows why this occured? I even cannot contact the support team now, so please let me know why this occured, or contact email of Atlassian support team.

It's usually a sizing issue.  Since it showed you the picture in the preview and let you adjust the zoom, I would assume it's not an unsupported filetype.  I would also have suspected if it could preview it had passed the size requirements.  Try resizing it before uploading and see if that helps.
