cloud to cloud migration, user mapping

hello,

I am currently planning a migration from one cloud instance to another for both Jira & Confluence.
As part of this migration I have users which have accounts utilizing their old email addresses in the source instance and utilizing their new email addresses in the destination instance.

How do I map these email addresses such that issues, etc. which are assigned will utilize the new email addresses?

For clarification, I have the following:

sourceinstance.atlassian.net

ISSUE-123 assigned to joe@sourceinstance.com
ISSUE-124 assigned to sue@sourceinstance.com

I want to migrate to

destinationinstance.atlassian.net

ISSUE-123 assigned to joe@destinationinstance.com
ISSUE-124 assigned to sue@destinationinstance.com

Same for user references in

• Jira issues: descriptions, comments
• Confluence: pages (including history), user mentions.

We offer the ability to customize mapping of all configurations, including users, between source and target. As of this post, you can't yet move issues with CMJ Cloud, but we're hoping to add that functionality soon. Does your product -or do you have one that-  maps users in Confluence as well ?
