Hello Atlassian community,
I have a business case where I want to see the total time of a user in my instance from creation date to deactivation date. Right now in Atlassian cloud I can only export data on when a user is created but it does not export any data on when a user was deactivated.
I have found that you can see when this happens in the jira & confluence audit logs but I'm not sure that is the best way to extract this data.
Hi Brendan,
If you're able to get the information you need from the Jira & Confluence audit logs, I'd focus on that.
If you have Atlassian Access, you could look at the Audit logs there:

I hope that helps!

@Brendan McKinney : On Atlassian Access, where can we find, who (We are able to see When) has Deactivated the user.

Is there a way to do this from the Jira database via SQL? We're using Data Center and have a similar need. So far, I haven't been able to determine when a user was deactivated, only if they've been deactivated.
