User cannot login

For 48 hours I have not had access to Trello.  My icon on Google Chrome says Error in place of Trello, and when I try to login the message is that there is no account associated with this.  My entire business team is on it.  How can I resolve this?

Could you define what "not had access" looks like?  What exactly is the error message you are getting from Trello?  Is it the same for other users?  Have you tried a different browser?
