I have got an identical problem as stated here with my private account and the domain norman-web.de
The ID-Service says I have to upgrade to atlassian ID and verify my mail address, but that is not possible, because I do not get any mails to the mail address of the account.
My mail address was not working for a time and it seems the Atlassian mail server set it on a skip-list.
If someone could be so kind to help, that would be very much appreciated!

That's hard to guess and I'm sure you'd already tried but I'd do is to check your email server and spam filters (ensuring that the emails aren't being filtered out, adding Atlassian's email addresses to your contacts to avoid being marked as spam)
If this does not work or you already tried reach out to Atlassian Support. Since you’re unable to receive the verification email, you’ll need to contact Atlassian Support directly.
You can do this by submitting a support ticket on the Atlassian Support website.

I already checked and tried your suggestions concerning receiving mails.
To reach out to Atlassian support I need to have an account with that I can log in into, but I do not get any mails to update the account I would have to log in with, so I cannot contact support.
I tried to do so with this account as well, but the support forms only direct me here to the community. It seems this is not a support case I can get in contact with Atlassian about. All other support cases need a URL for an instance of one of the products, but not Trello.
Is there another way to contact support?
