I receive notifications by email even for actions that haven't to be with me or my activity only because i have liked a discussion or commented on something??

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
Than just choose the option you want on the tab remove or to stop watching from the one you want or if you look next to it on the right it's the general setting there you can make the necessary changes also :)
