How can i filter which notifications i want to receive by email

I receive notifications by email even for actions that haven't to be with me or my activity only because i have liked a discussion or commented on something??

@Amilda Alushani You have to go to Manage settings there you can check which one you want to switch of

Than just choose the option you want on the tab remove or to stop watching from the one you want or if you look next to it on the right it's the general setting there you can make the necessary changes also :)

Yes but it shows me all my activity i don't want to switch them off definitely
