When I was getting started I used Jira Software but have now moved all of my projects to Jira Work Management. I'm not using Jira software anymore and it's confusing to have to think about which Jira I want every time I switch. I'm also concerned if my colleagues are also seeing both.
So how can I remove Jira Software from my Atlassian Start page and the product switcher, or at least have it treated like it hasn't been used recently.
The product switcher is based on the Atlassian products that your instance subscribes to, the only customization you can do is add your own links.
If you look at this question it looks like Atlassian is/was interested in understanding how people in large organizations are using the switcher, so I would email Magda and see if they still want to hear from customers. There are also links to suggestions in that question that you can vote on if you want to be able to configure product links.
