Hi,
I found the answer to this in your help section but it does NOT work. I go to the user profile in Confluence and click on "Administer User" and then it takes me to users in Atlassian. The user list is not the same. I click on the user and it only offers "delete" as an option. It does not look anything like it does in your instructions.
What are the proper instructions?
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Victoria
Yes. That is the doc. I have not tried that. So what happened to the "Disable" or "Deactivate" button?
Hi Victoria, is this the doc you mentioned? https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Deleting+or+Deactivating+Users
This documentation recommed to remove the user from all groups, within the user's details page. Have you tried this?
Cheers
