I'm getting notices from Atlassian that my config is not set up correctly with DKIM and spf records for Jira Cloud. Anyone know of a link or something to an example of what it should look like or how to configure it correctly using Network Solutions advanced DNS editor?
Hi @Dave McCann
I see this is a old question that still is unanswered, so I thought I'd leave a comment here in case you still haven't gotten this solved, or other people looks for the same answer as you.
Atlassian have released a documentation on SPF and DKIM for Jira Cloud. This includes record examples for SPF and DKIM: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/configuring-jira-cloud-to-send-emails-on-behalf-of-your-domain-900996548.html
Regarding Network Solutions advanced DNS editor - I am not familiar with that provider, but found a couple of guides that may be helpful:

Hope this helps.
