Has anyone else ran into the issue of cookie preferences not saving or properly taking effect? On the privacy page you have the option to change your preferences but it doesn't seem to save the changes. I ran into this issue when attempting to import a Google Doc into a confluence page (see the import external docs page here) and it prompted me to check my cookie settings / clear them, then allow all cookies. This workflow doesn't prompt for any Cookie consent banner, which is what led me to the Atlassian account privacy page with cookie preferences.
Any input or discussion would be very appreciated. Thanks!
Hi @shane , @Riccardo Nuolf , and @Simon Keller ,
Thank you for raising this question. I'm Atlassian's PM for Customer Data Controls, including in-product cookie consents.
This is a known issue. Although the preferences are not showing in the cookie preferences modal in Atlassian Account>Privacy, your consent choices are being saved and respected.
The team is currently working on a fix, which we plan on rolling out soon.
Let me know if I can answer any other questions you have on our in-product cookies.
Thanks!
Denise
I have the same problem and still no solution

It has started to happen to me this this week!
I could write a userstyle to hide it, but it would be cleaner that you please fix it.
