Convert to unmanaged

Is there a way I can convert my Atlassian account to unmanaged?  Right now, it's managed by a company that I no longer work for and which might not even exist anymore.  Ideally, I'd want to change the account's email address to my personal one and administer my own account moving forward.

TLDR: start by asking your admins to change the email address on your account!
