Hello, I have a problem with my admin@progresus-it.cz account, I can't get my registration email. the account was working fine until we wanted to change the mail account to our new account admin@progresus.cz since then the account is stuck and it is not possible to log in or restore it because there is no registration mail or password recovery mail.

Please reach out to Atlassian Support directly for assistance with the issue. They will be able to help you. I have observed that the Jira email handlers may occasionally restrict certain domains.
