Access issues

What does the below imply?

I was trying to open s project documentation link sent to me and got the below ;

marvelous.onwukamike@virginmedia.co.uk doesn't have access to Confluence on virginmediao2.atlassian.net.

It is not implying anything really, it is telling you that your account has not been given the right to use the Confluence you are trying to log into.

You should talk to the owners/administrators of that Confluence and ask them to grant you access.

The Page is under a confluence Space, and the confluence Space is under the portal --> 

virginmediao2.atlassian.net..

You can ask the person who sent the link to you as below,

1. Ask him to create a user account or invite you.

2. Ask him to enable access on the requires space from which he shared the link.
