I have a accout in JIRA (3260smartconnect), and i have a team in France and Cuba. But the team who are in Cuba can't acces to the JIRA system. After two or three seconds the connection is closed unexpected. On the other hand, they can acces to the .net domain.

It's already any problem with this country?
