Statuspage Status hierarchy

Hi Team,

we have multiple components on our statuspage, can we add multiple components in one hierarchy?

Existing we have as a separate component like below but we would like to get all the hierarchy into as one component.

Existing

 + EKS-PROD

             --> OS System

             --> Hosts Available

             --> Node health status

 + EKS-Dev

             --> OS System

             --> Hosts Available

             --> Node health status

 + EKS-Perf

             --> OS System

             --> Hosts Available

             --> Node health status

would like to implement

Hi @Rakesh Singh ,

Thanks for posting your question in the community.

  1.  If I have understood it correctly, could you please check this https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Statuspage/ct-p/statuspage and follow the steps described in 'Add an existing component to a group' to sort this issue?
  2. I hope this is not a query directly related to Atlassian Access but Statuspage. So, if you post this here - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Statuspage/ct-p/statuspage I think it would be right place to check.
  3. I hope you have this with you, but in case if requires could you please check the documentation section for further queries with Statuspage - https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/resources/.

Cheers

Suvradip
