Hello,
A former employee left our company who was the only user with "org admin" access and as such we can no longer access the billing side of our Atlassian products nor are we capable of accessing the email account linked as "org admin". Would it be possible to have a ticket entered that could change the owner of the organization?
I have created a new question here per guidance of these instructions.
