You may be starting as a new user, but it's easy and rewarding to work your way up through the ranks of the Atlassian Community!   I'm New Here is the rank where everyone begins. Your next step is Member, and you can earn this rank by making three posts or comments - anywhere!

Becoming an active member

Work your way up by: posting content starting and participating in discussions liking content having your content liked.

Getting your High Five

A "high five" is a recognition for members who have made positive contributions to the community. Recognitions are distributed every Wednesday in a dedicated thread. Come check it out and drop in some celebratory GIFs for our amazing contributors! We love them.

Becoming a Contributor

Once you have received 5 likes or upvotes for your content, you will become a Contributor! You can join our private Contributors groups for exclusive activities and content. Find more information about the Contributor ranking here.

Becoming a Rising Star

We recognize the community members who have become increasingly active, and you can become a Rising Star in one of three ways: Have 5 answers accepted Post 1 article and receive 20 likes from the community Start 5 discussions in one or more of our community groups and receive 20 likes from the community Rising Stars will earn a certificate of achievement and an exclusive badge, and get a visible lozenge next to their profile name for their dedication to the Atlassian community!

Hey @Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ , I was asking around in the community leaders chat and found that this is actually a badge and not an actual certificate of achievement. It's been called a "Certificate of Achievement Kudos Badge", and I think that is causing some confusion. I read it the same way that there is a physical certificate, but it is actually the badge.
