I have a question regarding the Connected Apps page in the Atlassian Admin portal.
I can still access the Manage Apps section, and some of the apps there are currently in trial mode.
However, when I open the Connected Apps page (e.g.,
https://admin.atlassian.com/s/25cff124-8b32-4f4f-b542-c1c223c2feac/user-connected-apps/tab/installed), it doesn’t display any installed apps.
Interestingly, if I access an app directly via a URL like:
https://admin.atlassian.com/s/25cff124-8b32-4f4f-b542-c1c223c2feac/user-connected-apps/connect/jira/de.actonic.tm/details,
it opens the connected app page correctly.
Could you please clarify why the installed apps are not appearing in the Connected Apps tab, despite being accessible directly?

Have you checked the display settings in the connected app list, through the option on the right of "installed apps" and "requested apps"? There might be a filter setting.
