Our users casually click these Jira pop-ups which then sends a request to our Admin board and causes unnecessary work for the admins to double check with the user as to what they need, or the users don't even know they sent a request to us etc..
I got some suggestions from googling "stop atlassian popups" but it also pointed out that this is deliberate behavior by Atlassian. Apparently if enough people click on things, then somehow their revenue will increase. That may be so, but it certainly also annoys almost every customer.
Hi Matt!
Hi John!
This is indeed something frustrating, and it seems this is the suggestion to have such ability: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AX-577.
In our case, we just dismiss those emails, since we have a dedicated portal for requests. But still, it is not nice to get spammed with those messages.
