I want to set-up a specific filter in my Kanban board with a drop-down in which I can select a specific Epic so I can see all tasks related to that Epic in my board.

This is an automatic feature (see image below) in boards I've used for different projects, but for a new project wanted to use the Kanban template for the first time. I'm struggling with what JQL I need to use for this filter, any tips?

Hello @Tim Oussoren

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

That is a built in feature that currently is available on in Team Managed projects. (If you look at the bottom of the panel on the left you will see text that includes either "team-managed" or "company-managed".) The feature is not currently available for boards used with Company Managed projects.

There is not a native feature that will support adding a board filter as a selection list.

So, if you want the above feature in your board, you will have to use a Team Managed project Kanban board.
