When viewing query in JIRA the feature link shows the name, but the feature name is blank. When exported into excel the feature link switches to the story number, and feature name is still blank. I have to pull up each feature story in JIRA and add the name in the excel sheet.
Any work around for this?
Hello @Bhumi Patel

I think I understand your issue, but could you please provide screen images pointing out each item or field you are referencing? That will help us ensure we are correctly understanding your issue.
I want to populate the feature name with the name that is in the feature link because when I export this as an excel document, the feature link will convert to the key ID number instead of just giving me the feature name.
I'm trying to create a report of my stories with all the comments that show the corresponding feature name to each story.

Did you add "Feature Name" as a field in the child issues?
If so the Automation Rules feature can be used to populate the field automatically. Only Project Administrators and Jira Administrators can create Automation Rules.
