Hello guys I have this template
📣An issue has been created, here you can find more information about the
Ticket:*<{{issue.url}}|[{{issue.key}}]{{issue.summary}}>*
Reporter: *{{reporter.displayName}}*
Assignee: *{{issue.assignee.displayName}}*

For the automation for Slack, so everytime I create a ticket this is the message showing the ticket and the reporter, but the assignee doesn't show. do you know why?

Am i using the right text? or is not possible?

Hi @Mario Amaya (x),

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Is the assignee set via another automation? Or how is the assignee set? My guess is that your automation that sends the Slack message is running before the assignee is set and that is why you are not seeing it.

Hi @Mario Amaya (x) -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Adding to Mikael's answer...

For a question like this, it helps to post images of your complete rule and the audit log details showing the execution.  Those provide context to help explain the symptom you are seeing.  Thanks!

Kind regards,
Bill
