How to create fix version under create issue?

How to create fix version under create issue?

Using 'Create Issue' if the fix version i want is not available, I would leave it as blank. And then go back to the created ticket, and whilst i search for the desired fix version, if not available, there is an option to create fix version.

I would like to have that option during Create Issue.

@Czarina Joy Bundoc, It doesn't appear that this is possible in the new issue view. Perhaps you can add your vote here?
