I suddenly don't seem to be able to create a new plan. Regardless what kind of plan I try to create, Jira is not creating the desired plan, no Error messages occur ... Jira just seems to get blocked in the process of creating the required plan.
Anybody know a solution ?

Please, are you referring to Advanced Roadmaps plan?
As a first thing I would try logout + login to Jira.
I would check the Advanced Roadmaps permissions, if the appropriate user groups still have Advanced Roadmaps User permission and you are in one of these groups.
Also, if you are still on Jira Premium plan.
Then I would try another browser, incognito window, delete cookies...
Do any of these steps have some effect? Thank you.

Sorry for my late reaction. Yes I was referring to the "Advanced Roadmap" plan. I did log out and in again and I changed browsers.
The functionality works again. I don't know if it works again due to logging in and out or due to browser change.
However, it works.
