Per Dave Meyer, Atlassian should have an update for us in September.

Last communication said they anticipate an 'In process' designation on the Fedramp marketplace soon. No mention whether they've found a gov sponsor.

@Bill Kerns, if you need a solution now, Contegix (Atlassian Platinum Partner) has  FedRAMP Moderate and FedRAMP High solutions for Atlassian Data Center products.
