User tag not working in cards

Hello, 
I'm using Trello web version.
I have a problem with users tags in cards, when I put "@..." it shows me users list that can access to the table and I can select one or I can put literally "@username", then he will be notified by email.
But after the latest Trello update, the Tag dosn't work every time and so the user doesn't get an email notification.
What should I do ?

• (temporarily) switch off the new editor
