Unable to download image from Trello card

Hi community, 

wondering if anyone is facing similar trouble of not able to download the image directly from any of the trello cards? I tried it with two different phone, both showing the same error:

Couldn't download items. 

Appreciate if I can find some way to solve this. Thank you.

I'm afraid this is a fault of the software on the phone, not Trello.  You can tell this because images can be downloaded by other things (a browser on a PC, my tablet and actually, my phone as well)

You'll need to look at the software on the phone that is failing to download the images.

You may try this workaround: Take a screenshot of the picture or a card and crop it.
