Trello push notifications not working on iPhone

Hello,

I’m contacting you because I’m having an issue with push notifications in the Trello app.

I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro Max, and Trello push notifications are currently not appearing on my phone. I use Trello regularly, so receiving these notifications reliably is very important to me.

Could you please help me check whether there is anything I need to change in my Trello/Atlassian account settings, or whether this could be an issue with the Trello iOS app?

I would also appreciate instructions on how I can properly test push notifications myself — for example, what action I can perform in Trello that should definitely trigger a notification on my iPhone.

Notifications for Trello are enabled in my iPhone settings. If you need any additional information, such as my iOS version, Trello app version, or account details, I will be happy to provide it.

Are you sure you really checked all notification settings?

iOS Settings → Notifications → Trello and Trello → Notifications → Settings ?

Notifications can be also suppressed when you actively viewing a card.
