I think I have got it right just need some to look over my shoulder to check

I hope you are well.  

This is the Trello community so the focus will be on Trello functionality but there are also several people who have expertise in Zapier, we may not fully know if your zap is right on the LACRM side but if you share some screenshots of what you have, someone here should be able to help.
